Words used in our Government Voting Process are...
Words used in our Government voting process are confusing and possibly meant to keep the general public unaware of what is going on in our Congress etc. Should the language used in Congress be changed (or translated) so the common American understands what is happening?
On CSPAN for example:
Motion to invoke Cloture on the Motion to Concur in the House Admdt. to the Senate Amdts. to H.R. 528 the Dream Act
Do regular Americans know what this means?
